Alright day today, my knee felt really good this morning when sprinting/jumping for the first time but weights were pretty "blah". I lifted in the varsity room and I really hate the plates there, they are awkwardly balanced and I was breaking down technically. I wasn't overly focused but it was likely because I was exhausted. Tomorrow is a snatch session, hopefully I'm feeling pretty good!
