Today didn’t go as well as I had hoped, I wanted to snatch
200 and power clean/jerk a pb too but I guess my body is pretty run down. I hit
190 easy on my second try but failed 200 a bunch of times, not even that close.
Considering I hit 195lb’s on Monday (questionable) after an extended rest
period, I guess that I’ll take it for today. Next week I want to get
200/235lb’s at least. There was a lot of volume today but my knee actually
feels pretty good, even still. The next three days are all going to be pretty
light so I’ll have to make the most of my recovery.
