Really sore and tires from yesterday. I was planning on doing a split but slept in and did a longer workout in the evening. Still didn't get a good quality sleep. Snatch was alright, hands are akre but considering I haven't snatches in months I'll take it. Need to work on the second pull. Didn't get through everything I wanted to today but still a fair bit.
