Pretty light day, just getting some blood flow, tomorrow is off then Wednesday is another light day. My body is really overworked at the moment so I'm just trying to get it back to a shell of its former self before Canada Games next week. I might try to do a little bit of bounding on Thursday depending on how I feel.
