Took things light today--frustratingly so.. All I want is to go out and pound out a really hard workout but I know that's not what my body needs right now.. My lower back is a little sore on left side but it's a pain I'm familiar with and it usually doesn't bother me.

TODAY'S WORKOUT
400m jog
Light warm-up
Dynamic mobility
Tempo runs 3x60m, 1x30m (in spikes 90%)
Five step bounds 5x5
Weights--
Hang cleans 3x3@185lb's (1 jerk on last set)
Light stretching
