Low volume day, not as quick as I would have liked but I felt pretty flat from not doing anything intensive for a while. Knee was a little "achy". Tomorrow is off, Friday pretty light and Saturday hopefully a good technical session. I find it normally takes about a week from the start of a deload to really feel the effects, so hopefully by the time I test my fly next week.
