Felt pretty good today, I am feeling a little bit more refreshed than I was last week. Nothing heavy today, just did some snatch balance to work on my catch position for the snatch and some light mobility work. My upper-mid back is tight. I was having trouble catching the weight and was definitely rounding in the bottom.
