I felt pretty awful but I still manage to get three good runs in. I'm a little perturbed off the drop off but to be honest I was thinking I might have a terrible day when I started warming up. First run tied my pb and the next one was a 0.01pb. I know I can go faster, I still have a lot of muscle soreness and I felt flat. Maybe tomorrow I will hit a big one. I'm also going to add a few sled runs I believe.
