I think today went well, all things considering. I essentially just did six runways and a pair of short approach jumps. The first runway hurt a lot and felt slow. The next two progressively got better pain-wise but felt slow. The fourth was a little faster but the fifth felt terrible. On all five I was popping up too early and it wasn't until the sixth one that I had any type of drive phase.
I ended the day with two five step jumps which felt pretty flat compared to Sunday. As long as my hamstring is healed (or close to it) I should do well this weekend.
Weights went well two, I squated 310lb's for five reps, I may have cheated a little bit on the depth but I don't think so, at least not too badly..
