I'm hoping--praying--that there is progress being made, I essentially iced all morning before going to the gym and my initial reaction upon waking up was "maybe it's not so bad" but I don't know... I tested it out at Dal a little bit, A skip didn't hurt, B skip made it feel like it was being stretched. Fast leg hurt a little bit, pulling at the ground and actually running hurt a little bit at around 75%. Tomorrow is speed day so it will be a true testament of what I can do. If I can run at 85% I will be optimistic of my recovery... Anything less and I'll be worried out of my mind.
The thing about long jump and triple jump is if I can't run at 100% then there's no point of jumping at all and with 11 days until Nationals... Hmpt.
