My hamstring definitely isn't as bad as it could be, I'm currently able to run at about 80-85% before I get any mass amount of pain. I was able to do bounds but when I attempted a three step jump I was reminded with a shot of pain that it has only been three days. Unfortunately I can't imagine any scenario where I'm completely healed by the Friday after next. I mustn't grow lethargic and slow down on my recovery, the only hope is to continue to ice four hours a day and pray for the best.
Funny enough I was able to squat today, pretty much max out. I have definitely lost strength over the last few weeks, I sacrificed some depth on the last few reps.
