I'm feeling pretty good overall physically. It was raining pretty hard through today's workout but I feel like I made the most of it. I tried to keep the volume to a minimum because that seems to be what has been working recently. I took off about 35lb's from the squat to keep from over-taxing my nervous system. The 30m's felt particularly quick, I'm feeling like the next meet may finally be where I break 14m.
I'm jumping on Sunday here in Dartmouth. I work until 10:00pm the night before and there will probably only be 3-4 people jumping but hopefully it won't be an opportunity squandered. I will also be jumping in Moncton the Saturday after.
