I feel as though my CNS is recovered and ready to go for next weekend. However there are a few parts of my body that are still sore which need a few more days. I'm hoping my shin splints go away by Sunday and my right hamstring is also bothersome--but if I remember correctly it was bothersome before the last meet too. I feel as though things are coming together as they should.
