I always find Friday's the toughest day of the week mentally, today was no different. I find that by the end of the week I'm so sore from the past six days that I just want to get to the promised rest day that Saturday brings. I tried my best to stay focused and get through everything I needed to do. As easy as it would be to skip out or to finish early I would only be cheating myself--I would much rather wake up Saturday morning knowing that I deserve the day off opposed to feeling like I'm just being lazy. That being said, the definition of an off-day may not exactly be literal, tomorrow I work a nine hour shift and there are a couple of cool core exercises I saw in a video today that I want to try out in the morning.
I'm feeling stronger than ever, my weight is where it should be (161.2, untapered) and I am as focused as ever, I can't wait to jump on the 26th--I'm positive that I will PB. The goal is 14.40m, it has been my goal since September and it's time to make it happen.
