Today was a longer speed endurance day and everything felt pretty good physically. Of course I felt slow, I don't exactly have blistering speed especially when in reference of 200m. My body weight is up a little bit but I'm pretty sure it's mostly just a dietary thing, I have been eating many salads and my salt has been up a bit, I'm still only 164.2lb's though, I should be able to cut down to 161's by the 17th. Tonight I'm going to be having (vegetarian) sushi for the first time, that should be interesting--it doesn't exactly fit in with my normal dietary paradigm.
