I felt a little flatter today than I was expecting but I guess that's not really a surprise--I've said it before and I'll more than likely say it again--I don't think I've ever had a speed endurance work-out that I've walked away from thinking that I felt great. It's not that I felt bad today, it was a really quick workout, it's just that I didn't feel spectacularly speedy.
I weighed in this morning at 160.4lb's which brings me pretty close to my goal weight. At the very heaviest I want to be 159.0lb's when I compete this weekend, I'm expecting to be slightly lower.
