I didn't feel to great at practice today, I'm not really sore but I just felt terrible. I don't know how to explain it other than I felt distant, as if I was just going through the motions--there's definitely still some CNS fatigue from this weekend which is kind of surprising considering I only took six jumps that weren't all that far. Oh well, hopefully tomorrow is better, it will be a pretty light day so I can recover for Thursday's workout. As long as I'm in top shape for the weekend after next that's all that matters.
