I wasn't feeling the best today so I kept things pretty light. I won't be jumping this weekend so there is an extra week to prepare. I had a pretty sore shin splint again today which was fairly debilitating. I thought that my CNS might have been a little bit burned out but I felt pretty good in the weight room so I think it's just generally soreness from putting in so much work recently. I'm hoping to feel better by Sunday so I can really focus during the last technical session of the season.
   I'm pretty nervous to jump again, I have pb'd at all three meets I have jumped in this season, I feel as though I raised the bar for myself. 14.40m is the goal, I think that it is obtainable. If I can jump it in the next two meets I can be completely content with how the season went no matter what else happens.
