Today was... alright I suppose. I was hoping to be able to work on cycling during the hop phase but as soon as I moved passed five steps I seemed to lose all kinetic awareness. This has been an ongoing issue and I'm not completely sure how to fix it. Repetition may only bring technical flaws into the forefronts of my brain, encoding them even deeper into my muscle memory...
On another note weights went pretty well, two pb's:

Snatch-grip podium deadlifts 1x5@245lb's, 1x5@255lb's, 1x5@265lb's
Reverse hyper-extensions 3x5
Bench press 2x5@160lb's, 1x5@165lb's
