I feel pretty good. My lower back is still bothersome but that's about the only thing of concern, everything else feels great. I'm hoping that everything will come together on Saturday. I did a very abbreviated workout today, taking a nice long, slow warm-up and following up with bounds and a 50lb drop in the weight room. I'm excited to compete again, it's been four weeks and it is another four weeks until I jump again but at that point I will be jumping three weeks in a row.
