I'm not a big fan of morning workouts but I work 12-9 so I didn't really have a choice. It wasn't as bad as some that I have had, it was short and dynamic. I cut the reps of all ab exercises as well as the weight, as part of my taper.

Light skipping
Jump Squats 10x2@135lb's, 3x2@95lb's, 3x2@45lb's
Ab circuit--
Side ways crunch 5x5@22lb's
Leg throw downs- 5x5
Leg raises 5x5@15lb's
Ab pull-downs 5x10@160lb's, 2x5@170lb's
Seated crunch 4x5@22lb's
Seated twist 4x5@22lb's
