Today was the last workout of the summer 2011 season. I did some testing, with disappointing results. I honestly thought I would pb in everything but I wasn't even close in anything. It's not overly surprising I suppose, I haven't been on a regular weight schedule since June and my body weight is up to 166lb's (it was 159lb's at Juniors and under 162lb's for every meet.)
I was especially surprised with the standing long jump results, 3.08m and it took two tries to even get over 3.00m! I felt really flat today, it was probably just not a great day anyway but when combined with my dwindling fitness... Oh well, if I can still flirt with 14m with my strength levels as low as they are now this winter should be a great one.
