I forgot how refreshing an ice bath could be--after practice today I was filled with aches and pain across my body but after ten minutes in five degree water they have all seemed to go away, for now anyway. I'm feeling good for this weekend, I know I'm physically capable of reaching my goals the only limiting factor is technical. Also a positive wind would be nice for a change...
Weights today were very light--I dropped fifty pounds off my squat to stay explosive.
